DAS needed 400 sit-stand trader desks installed across two floors at Devonshire Square, complete with quad monitor arms, power, sound bars and pedestals.
The catch was that the building was in use throughout the working week, so the work had to happen completely out of hours.
Why we ran the job over weekends
We split the installation into 4 phases, with every phase completed over a weekend across the two floors.
Staff left on Friday to a normal working floor and came back on Monday to a finished one, with no disruption in between.
Weekend-only installations can be more intense. The team only has two days to get everything set up and ready to use, so everything needs to run like clockwork.

Across 4 weekends in March 2026, all 400 desks were installed over the two floors, each one complete with quad monitor arms, power, sound bars and pedestals.
